My name is Mary McCrary......My grandfather was George Washington Herren. I enjoyed you article on your grandmother, Fannie. George and Fannie were brother and sister. My grandmother Edith and George lived around Pratt Ks and they eloped when she was 16. They were married at Anthony Ks which is in Harper Co. I guess thats when they stayed with your grandparents. I had to laugh, you said in your article your uncles loved to argue. That sounded like my family. Your article help me fill in my family tree on the Herren's. Thanks
