Joseph Hunter died on Sep 25 1794 in Shelby County, Kentucky. BIOGRAPHY Listed in the 1761 Rowan County Tax List of Caleb Osborn (C.R. 85.701.1, 1761, North Carolina State Archives) List on the 1768 Rowan County Tax list of Morgan Bryan Parents: Charles Sr. Hunter and Maria Veronica Klapp .
Children were: William Hunter, Henry Hunter, Daniel Hunter, Elizabeth Hunter, John Hunter.
This research furthers my contention that Daniel Herren and Shadrack Herrin were brothers and both were from the Rowan County Area of North Carolina: Shadrack from Rowan and Daniel from nearby Wilkes.
