 Ohio Herrens - Sally O'Brien - Mar 29, 2010[Print]  
My gggrandfather was Isaac Herren, b NY 1788, m Catherine Frayer (many spellings). Moved to Ashtabula Co Ohio in 1838. Children: Robert, Abram, Mary Ann, John, Sarah, Simon, Catherine, William, Henry, Elvira, Laura. Anyone else related to these people?

I would seriously try the Haring/Herring Family of Od Tappan NJ and NY. They can often be found as Herrins and some of them married into my mom's Van Hook line back in th early 1700s.
